Shipping policy

Blueartland Mosaic Lamp and Candle Holder Workshop, Blueartland Pottery Workshop, Blueartland Mosaic Lamp and Gifts Shop aiming for 100% customer satisfaction, immediately compensates for its own errors. The following steps are followed for the products to be returned.


1- The claim of the complainant is carefully examined in the Cancellation / Refund Request section.
2- If necessary, a photograph of the place or product that he claims is faulty is requested from the complainant.
3- If there is any error in the product caused by bluearland Mosaic Workshop Company, the defective product is requested and a new one is prepared immediately and sent free of charge.


In case of a mistake made by us, the product is sent back to the BUYER with free shipping, without any refund.
Pursuant to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, "Products that are specially produced at the request of the buyer, that have been modified or added to the person" cannot be returned.


Damaged Products
You must attach a damage report to the damaged products received by the cargo company. The responsibility of the products received damaged before the record is kept belongs to the customer. Do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record of the damaged product and contact us, then wait for the same product to be shipped to you again.

Delivery and Return Conditions
Delivery and Return conditions; The BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted the Distance Sales Agreement when creating his order. Within the scope of this contract, the delivery and return procedure is applied by the return items related to the order.


CHANGE and RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to change within 7 days from the delivery of the contracted product to himself or the person/organization at the address indicated. In order to exercise the right to change, the SELLER must be notified by fax, email or telephone within this period and the product must not be used within the framework of the provisions of Article 6. In case this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice with a copy of the cargo delivery report indicating that the product delivered to the 3rd person or the BUYER has been sent to the SELLER. Within 7 days following the receipt of these documents, the product for which the exchange is requested is sent to the BUYER. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned. Due to the right to change, the shipping cost of the product sent for exchange is borne by the BUYER. The return shipping fee of the product to be returned belongs to the BUYER, and a refund will be made by deducting the costs of the cargo sent to the free buyer from the BUYER's return amount.

PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE USED WITH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products that cannot be accepted for exchange due to their nature, disposable products, products that deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date has passed. The use of the right of withdrawal in the following products is subject to the condition that the packaging of the product is unopened, intact and the product has not been used.
Products with security labels, such as sunbeds, whose security label has been removed, cannot be exchanged or returned. The BUYER cannot use the right of withdrawal for these products.
– Manufacturing defect, broken etc. Except for the products, the products cannot be exchanged or returned.
– The damaged product must be returned before it is checked and received by the BUYER, otherwise the return of the DAMAGED product received after the cargo delivery is not accepted
